What is processed

Country code, request time and a rotating daily HMAC derived in memory from network address and a shortened browser signature.

What is stored

The HMAC, day, surface and country code. Raw IP addresses are not stored. The short deduplication window is seven days: visit fingerprints are deleted, while expired Autopsy rate-limit fingerprints are irreversibly neutralized. Aggregate totals and submitted moderation content remain.

What cannot be known

ManagerZone account names are not available from an image request. The Radar never claims to identify silent account visitors.

Purpose

Show aggregate club/federation reach, unlock Country Quest milestones and prevent reloads from pretending to be new people.
